This only uses the preview that InDesign creates when saving a file. You can save extra large previews, which can be set up in InDesign preferences > file handling. That will help the readbility…however…is there a plug-in that will generate high quality previews (ie. does not use the InDesign preview)?

I’m running Mac OS 10.5.8 and have Perian 1.2 installed but for some reason this plugin does not work at all. I even did the whole “Get Info > Open With > Select ‘Quicktime Player’ > Change All – and update your copy of Perian” first. Any suggestions?

qlmanage -r

Try it and quicklook should be updated

Hey there. Thanks for this handy resource! Maybe you could add a category for “Snow Leopard Compatible”. This is the first one I’ve run into so far, but if there’s more it would be convenient. – Thanks again.

They have version .03 available but alas it doesn’t work with snow leopard.

can someone please upload the tinkered / modified info.plist or at least upload a screenshot where to put the code. (it might be my system setup or whatever, but i can´t get it to work)

It works fine. But I have to put the Plugin manually in Library/Quicklook instead of User/Library/Quicklook. In the Userlibrary it does not work.
